If your furniture is faulty, we will take it away with us and replace the piece as soon as possible; or refund you in full if you prefer. Faults must be notified to us within 7 days. If you simply change your mind when the furniture arrives and don't want it, we will take the furniture back and give you a refund, excluding the original cost of delivery. If you change your mind after the deliverymen have left, please notify us within 14 days of the delivery of the item. Please keep the furniture with its original packaging as the goods must be returned to us in perfect condition to receive a full refund. Please note that you will have to pay the return delivery cost of the goods to us.
Please note we cannot accept returns of furniture that has been partly or fully assembled (unless faulty) or that unwrapped mattresses cannot be returned.
All Other Items
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (with the original packaging) to Rooms You Love Limited, 36-39 Chester Street, Wrexham, LL13 8AH and we'll refund or replace - easy peasy.
If you return a product to us or inform us that you want to return the product to us within seven working days, you are entitled to a full refund including the initial delivery charge.
If you return an item within 30 days in perfect condition together with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse.
We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.
